Attaining Clarity On Your Meaning & Purpose

The Personal Leadership Discovery

I hope you were both inspired and intrigued by the path for creating a philosophy of personal leadership in the last blog. Without a doubt this is powerful stuff and as I mentioned, it isn’t for everyone. But it is for those who don’t want to live a half-assed life, those who love to push the envelope and create their life as a work of art.

I am a big fan of snowboarding legend Jeremy Jones and this is how he says it in his personal manfesto.

Let’s get right into it. Your download for the personal leadership discovery is below

You will discover that, like any effective lever for change, the only way this discovery make a significant impact is if you disengage and unplug from your daily life for at least one day. Three days are optimum since it entails some digging and quality reflection time. If you think that is asking to much then remember what I said above about living a half-assed life. Self leadership is going to another level. Which means that you need to do what you have not done before.

Your goal isn’t to just get through this exercise like it is another task, but to use it as a tool to do some real hard looking and digging. It is about doing what is uncomfortable and out of the ordinary. In order to creating life of meaning and purpose you need to do uncommon things that a majority of people won’t do because they don’t like making the necessary sacrifices.

Completing this discovery is a process of taking a look at yourself and your life in order to actually see what is there.

By ‘looking’ I mean that you direct your your attention towards something for a sustained period of time.

When I use the word to ‘see’ what is actually there it means that you examine and discern. You bring thoughts into the foreground that are very likely outside of your present awareness.

If these two things are done in earnest and heartfelt way then you have the opportunity to realize what the honest truth is about where your life is at and how stack up in relation to personal leadership.

Once you are through this discovery you will view yourself and the world around you in a much more profound way.

Remember you always have the choice to “GO BIG” and get to that next level.
